I had an issue with the car when answering the phone via the steering wheel button. It would take me to the maps first and I would have to press the button twice to make / receive a call. I was working in the area so decided to take the car in person to show the issue and also book the car in for a service. Dylan gave me 5 minutes of his time and had a feeling it would be a setting. Within a few minutes he diagnosed the problem, tested the fix and I made the booking for a service. A very professional approach to the situation with great results for me the customer. Thanks
